✨ Snow Globe Tumblers

Q: How do these magical tumblers work?  
A: Shake it up and watch the glitter swirl! Our snow globe tumblers are filled with a special liquid that keeps the glitter floating like a mini tornado in your hands. No two are exactly alike! Our snow globes come standard with a medium/slow flow.

Q: Can I put hot drinks in my snow globe tumbler?  
A: Nope! These beauties are strictly for cold drinks. Heat and snow globes don’t mix (unless you like melted glitter soup).  

Plastic tumblers = cold drinks only!  Glass tumblers? Until we provide the tumbler with the handle, for now they can handle cold drinks, such as juices, iced coffee etc! Don't bother testing out if your glass tumbler can go from hot to cold drinks (unless you want a science experiment).

Q: How do I clean my snow globe tumbler? 
A: Hand wash only! No dishwashers, no soaking—just a gentle rinse with mild soap and water. Treat it like the work of art it is! Our designs are permanent vinyl (but you know nothing is forever!)

Q: I dropped my Glass 15oz Snowglobe Tumbler, can I get a refund/replacement?         A: Unfortunately once we have shipped your item we are not responsible for any damages caused. 

We cannot accept returns of items from our collections, however in the unlikely case that you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Q: What's a "No No Globe!"....?                                                                                             A: "No No Globe!"  is just like our fabulous Snow Globe Tumbler—minus the floating glitter magic. Basically, it’s the same stunning, rhinestone-encrusted, vinyl-designed masterpiece, just without the "shake-and-swirl" effect.  

Why? Maybe you love the look but prefer a little less movement. Maybe you're tired of people asking to shake your cup. Or maybe you just like saying “No No Globe!” because it’s fun (we get it).  

Either way, it’s still "handmade, fabulous, and guaranteed to turn heads"—just with a little less slosh and a lot more "sip!" ✨

Q: Can I freeze my tumbler?
A: Nope! Freezing could cause cracks, leaks, or other tragic tumbler injuries. Just add ice instead!

💎 Rhinestone & Vinyl Tumblers 

Q: Will the rhinestones fall off?  
A: Nope! We use high-quality adhesive/resin to keep those sparkly little gems in place. But be gentle—these tumblers don’t like being dropped or banged around. (we do advise to keep out of reach of small children with sticky hands) 

Q: Can I customize my tumbler?  
A: Yes! We love making your tumbler as unique as you are. Just reach out, and we’ll see what we can do! We will contact you and send over a picture of the final design to be sure you are happy. Once your tumbler has been shipped we cannot accept refunds (unless exceptional circumstances), we are always happy to assist. 

Q: Can I order a tumbler or water bottle without the rhinestones?                                     A: No. This is what makes us Globe & Gulp. We stand out from the rest, all our tumblers and water bottles come with a rhinestone lid/flip lid. Enjoy the extra sparkles!

Q: Can I add my name to my tumbler?
A: Yes! Because nothing says "hands off, this is mine" like your name in cute vinyl.

Q: Are these BPA-free? 
A: Absolutely! We wouldn’t want anything but the best for your sips.   

Q: Do the designs peel or fade?  
A: Nope! Our permanent vinyl is made to last, as long as you hand wash and give it a little TLC.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Since each tumbler is handmade just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right!

Q: My tumbler arrived damaged—what do I do?
A: First, take a deep breath. Contact the shipping provider at the earliest opportunity and then, snap some photos and email us ASAP. We’ll work with you to sort it out! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment we don't, but who knows, the more tumblers we can share across the globe the better!

Random (But Important) Questions

Q: Why does my glitter sometimes settle at the bottom?
A: Glitter takes little naps sometimes. Just give it a shake, and it’ll be back to swirling in no time! Check out our "Activate Your Tumbler Video"

Q: Can I drink alcohol out of my tumbler?
A: We’re not here to judge your beverage choices. Sip responsibly! 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Our tumblers are already gifts in themselves.

Q: Will my tumbler make me cooler?
A: 100% yes. Prepare for compliments. Expect people to also be mesmerised and then send them to Globe & Gulp, because you're now a trend setter!
