We know you're excited to get your hands on your glittery new tumbler - here's the lowdown on our shipping:

Processing Time: Since every tumbler is handmade with love (and a lot of patience), please allow minimum 48 hours for us to create your glittery goods and ship your order. Trust us, good things take time! 

Shipping Times: Once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to the mail gods. Typical delivery times:  
UK Shipping ONLY (at the moment) - Typically 2-3 working days (no surprises here - Royal Mail likes to take it's sweet time) -  Various options when you checkout

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can stalk it every step of the way.  

Lost or Stolen Packages: We wish we could personally hand-deliver each tumbler, but once it’s shipped, it’s out of our control. If your package goes MIA, check with your local carrier first, then reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!
